We at Studio 25 endeavor to provide quality production services, produce engaging community-interesting programming, and create a competitive facility to provide competitive production services to the business community.  We expect to create a vibrant production facility and community of qualified professionals by offering service, training and an opportunity for distribution through Comcast channels and the web.

About ZeelTV

ZeelTV is a new kind of media company.  ZeelTV creates and delivers broadcast quality television networks that bring together elements of traditional television programming and internet functionality in order to create a single source of content and community for targeted consumers and interest groups.  By (i) aggregating the largest libraries of existing content available, (ii) constantly creating new content and (iii) partnering with like-interested third parties specific to each network’s interest group, ZeelTV provides each network’s audience with a venue that allows them to explore, dive deeper into and feel more connected with their passions and interests than ever before.  Each ZeelTV network is what the Company describes as a “hyper-value network” – a network whose goal is to deliver 100% of the programming and content that its audience is interested in and 100% of the customers that its advertisers are targeting.

ZeelTV’s aim is to create dozens or even hundreds of television networks that rival the likes of traditional cable networks such as The History Channel and A & E and build enthusiast communities around them.  As part of this vision, the Company plans to have each of its networks deliver its video content as linear programming (similar to that delivered by traditional broadcast television), on-demand programming and live programming.  This multifaceted video delivery method is what the Company calls its “video delivery triple play” and is the “secret sauce” for the Company’s video distribution strategy.  Linear programming allows the viewer to be exposed to and discover new and exciting content that the viewer has never seen before, on-demand programming allows the viewer to watch what they want when they want it and live programming provides the viewer with opportunities to actively participate in their interest.

ZeelTV is initially delivering its networks globally via broadband.  In the foreseeable future, ZeelTV anticipates delivering its networks directly to the television set through TiVoCast enabled TiVo recording devices, other networkable “appliances” that represent the convergence of IP and cable delivery (e.g., AppleTV, Media Center PCs, etc.), the standard cable box as a traditional cable network and mobile devices.
