New Naming Convention for Submitted DVDs & Tapes

Your submission form and DVD’s needs to be completely filled in with the following information:

 All shows submitted to Studio 25 must be in by Wednesday, for the following week!!

 County to air in
 Episode #
 Episode Name (content)  Ex: special guest/topic/feature
 Kill Date
 Total Run Time
 Producers Name
 Producers Contact Information
    **Make sure it is clear, we need this info/description also for the TV Guide

 Naming Convention as of February 2009

 EXAMPLE:

 The following gives an example as to how your DVD needs to be labeled.

 Abbreviated show name - Episode# - Guest - Topic - Total Run Time - Kill Date

 Abbreviation: AJB-209-LGriffin-28-30K3-15    (Max 27 Characters!)

 Explanation:  Atlanta Jazz and Blues-Episode 209- Guest Artist Lee Griffin-
                      TRT 28:30-Kill Date March 15th

This will help us stay ahead of the curve.  As of January, all programs will have to be transferred to DVD for encoding in Master Control.  A fee of $10 per half hour will be charged for conforming.

Studio 25 Production Courses

• Course tuition: $149.00 for members*; $249.00 for non members; Seminars $39 each
• Production 101 begins -  Begins Feb. 28, 2011

All courses are six consecutive weeks held on their respective dates.  Course require a minimum of 6 paid participants. 

*Studio 25 Membership is $250.00 annually paid up-front.
